Puff Pastry-Wrapped Jumbo Shrimp

Ingredients
1 pack (5.2 oz) softened cheese, spread with garlic and herbs
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
2 slices toasted and crumbled bacon
18 fresh giant prawns (about 1 pound), peeled with tail left, pitted and buttered
1/2 defrosted 17.3-ounce Pepperidge Farm ® Puff Pastry Sheets (1 sheet)

Do you want to impress your guests? Next, prepare a serving of these delicious prawns in puff pastry, stuffed with a mixture of cheese, bacon and parsley. They are excellent!
Preheat the oven to 400 °F.In a medium bowl, combine the cheese, parsley, and bacon. Place about 2 teaspoons of the cheese mixture in the middle of each shrimp. Place the shrimp on the sides on top of the filling.Arrange the baking sheet on a lightly floured surface. Cut the baking sheet crosswise into 18 1/2-inch-wide strips. Starting at the top, wrap 1 strip of dough around 1 shrimp, slightly overlapping the dough, and finish just before the tail. Repeat with the remaining dough strips and shrimp. Place the baked goods on a baking sheet.Bake for 15 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown.
