Ingredients
1 (4 oz) bar of bittersweet baking chocolate, chopped
¾ cup butter
2 ¼ cups sugar, divided
4 large eggs
1 bottle (1 oz) of red liquid food coloring
¼ teaspoon mint extract
2 teaspoons vanilla extract, divided
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

Red Velvet brownies with mint curl taste just as good as they look. These amazing brownies are juicy, delicious and shimmer with color.

Cool completely in the pan on a wire rack (about 1 hour). Remove the brownies from the pan, using the edges of the foil as handles. Carefully remove the foil; cut the brownies into small squares.
