Rum Runner

Ingredients

2 tablespoons (1 oz) fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons (1 oz) fresh orange juice
2 tablespoons (1 oz) unsweetened pineapple juice
2 tablespoons (1 oz) banana liqueur
2 tablespoons (1 oz) light rum
2 tablespoons (1 oz) dark rum
1 tablespoon (1/2 oz) chambord
1 tablespoon (1/2 oz) Grenadine
Garnish: fruit skewered (pineapple, banana, orange, lime)

To make

The story goes that this Key West cocktail was created in the 1950s at the Holiday Isle Tiki Bar in Islamorada, Florida. It was named after bootleggers who smuggled liquor during Prohibition and later to avoid taxes. There's nothing onerous about this decidedly tropical libation of rum and liqueur.
Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a Hurricane ice glass. Decorate if desired.
