Ingredients

1 cup coarsely chopped onion
1 cup coriander sprigs
1 jalapeno pepper, coarsely chopped
1 garlic clove, coarsely chopped
1 can diced tomatoes, skinless (14.5 oz)
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
¼ teaspoon salt
1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz), drained

To make

Place the first 5 ingredients in a food processor and grind to a crisp. Combine the onion mixture, lime juice, salt, and washed tomatoes in a medium bowl; mix until smooth.
