Sesame Broccoli

Ingredients
3 tablespoons sesame seeds
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 tablespoon dark sesame oil
1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
1 pack (12 oz) fresh broccoli florets

It's amazing what a little seasoning can do for the simplest side dishes — our sesame seed broccoli.
Saute the sesame seeds in a skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until fragrant. Combine 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and soy sauce. Stir in the steamed broccoli florets as directed on the package. Garnish with the remaining 1 tablespoon of toasted sesame seeds, if desired.
