2 teaspoons heavy whipped cream

When you bake eggs with cream, something magical happens: they turn into a thick, silky custard, becoming something more than just the sum of their parts.
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.Brush a 6-ounce baking dish with butter. Pour the whipped cream into the mold.Break the eggs into the molds, pulling the yolks towards the center, using a spoon if necessary.Sprinkle the eggs with salt and pepper, top with green onions, then cheese.Bake until they are lightly browned at the edges and slightly convex in the center, about 12 minutes. (Bake for another 3 minutes to make the yolks firm.) Let stand for 2-3 minutes and serve immediately.
