Shrimp and Crab Salad Rolls

Ingredients
3 tablespoons chopped green onions
3 tablespoons light mayonnaise
1 tablespoon ready-made horseradish
2 teaspoons dijon mustard
¼ teaspoon hot sauce
8 ounces coarsely chopped cooked shrimp (about 1 1/2 cups chopped)
8 ounces crab meat, peeled
4 small wholegrain khugi rolls, sliced and toasted
4 small boston lettuce leaves
To make
We really liked the taste that horseradish gives. For a milder taste, add one teaspoon of horseradish. Look for horseradish in the seasoning section next to mustard. If you can't find crab meat, double the amount of coarsely chopped cooked shrimp to three cups. Total cooking time: 40 minutes.
Combine the first 5 ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Add the chopped cooked shrimp and chunky crab meat, stirring occasionally. Place 1 lettuce leaf on each hugi roll. Add 2/3 cup shrimp mixture to each muffin.
