Shrimp Fettuccine with Spinach and Parmesan

Ingredients
8 oz raw fettuccine
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
10 ounces medium-sized shrimp, peeled and pitted
.38 teaspoons of salt
¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
6 ounces fresh spinach
1 ¼ oz grated parmesan cheese

Prepare the pasta according to the instructions on the package, without adding salt or fat.Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic to skillet; cook for 1 minute. Use a slotted spoon to remove the garlic from the pan; transfer to a small bowl. Increase the heat to medium-high. Add the prawns, salt and pepper to the pan; cook for 4 minutes or until the prawns are tender, stirring occasionally. Add the pasta, spinach, and garlic to the pan; cook for 1 minute or until the spinach wilts, stirring to coat. Sprinkle with cheese.
