Ingredients

1 cup sour cream
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1-2 tablespoons finely chopped dill
1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons sugar

Mix all the ingredients together. Cover and refrigerate until tender before serving.
