Spiced Apple Simple Syrup

Ingredients
1 ½ cups sugar
1 ½ cups apple juice
⅛ a teaspoon of spices for apple pie
½ cup ice cubes
To make
In a saucepan, bring the sugar, apple juice, and apple pie spices to a boil. Cook for 2 minutes or until the sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and add ice cubes; freeze for 20 minutes.
