Spinach and Arugula Salad with Creamy Parmesan Dressing

1 ½ ounces parmesan cheese, finely grated and crushed (about 6 tablespoons)
⅓ cup canola mayonnaise
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
4 cups fresh spinach leaves
4 cups fresh arugula leaves

Combine half of the cheese and the next 5 ingredients (pepper) in a large bowl; mix until smooth. Add the spinach, arugula and half the turnips. Stir to coat. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and turnips.
