Spinach-Grape Chopped Salad

Ingredients
2 tablespoons pine nuts
1 pack (6 oz) fresh spinach, thoroughly rinsed
1 cup seedless red grapes, sliced
¼ cup minced low-fat feta cheese
¼ cup light raspberry and nut sauce
To make
Grapes and feta cheese add a savory sweetness to this 5-ingredient spinach salad.
Saute the pine nuts in a small skillet over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes or until lightly browned and fragrant.Coarsely chop the spinach. Combine the spinach, grapes, feta cheese and vinaigrette in a serving bowl. Sprinkle with pine nuts and serve immediately.Note: For testing purposes only, we used a light raspberry-nut dressing from Newman's own production.
