Ingredients

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
4 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
½ teaspoon honey
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
⅛ a teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
1 cup fresh raspberries
¼ cup chopped red onion
1 pack baby spinach (5 oz)
¼ cup shredded goat's cheese

To make


Combine the first 5 ingredients in a bowl, stirring with a whisk.Combine the berries, onion, and spinach in a bowl. Add the butter mixture; stir to combine. Sprinkle cheese on top.Spinach salad with avocado and orange: Combine 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lime juice, 4 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil, 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro, and 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt in a small bowl, stirring with a whisk.
