Ingredients
4 cups strawberry halves
1 cup peeled kiwis in quarters (about 2 kiwis)
1 cup of water
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)
3 tablespoons honey
Ice (optional)

Prepare this if you want to get a bigger dose of vitamin C: Kiwis contain more antioxidant than oranges, and strawberries are also a good source of vitamin C. Kiwis are also proven to support eye health.
Put all ingredients in a blender; whisk until smooth. Strain the mixture through a sieve into a jug; remove any dry matter. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes or until completely cooled. Serve with ice if desired.
