Ingredients
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons paprika
1 ½ teaspoons salt
3 large eggs

Combine the first 3 ingredients in a shallow bowl. Whisk together the eggs, milk, and lemon juice in a bowl. Roll the chicken in the flour mixture, dip in the egg mixture, and roll again in the flour mixture. Refrigerate for 2 hours.Pour the oil 1/2-inch deep into an electric skillet; preheat to 375 degrees. Cook the chicken in portions for 10 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Reduce heat to 250 ° C; cover and cook for 25 minutes or until tender. Dry on paper towels.
