Ingredients
4 cups (2 pcs.) halved or with light cream
1 can Eagle Brand® condensed milk with sugar (14 oz.)
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
To make
COMBINE all the ingredients in an ice cream container; mix well.FREEZE according to the manufacturer's instructions. Freeze the leftovers.METHOD OF PREPARATION IN THE REFRIGERATOR AND FREEZERLower the halves. Combine the condensed milk with the sugar and vanilla in a large bowl. Add 2 cups (1 pint) of whipped heavy cream (DO NOT use a non-dairy whipped powder). Transfer to a 9-inch x 5-inch baking dish or other 2-liter container. Cover it up. Freeze for 6 hours or until frozen.VARIATIONSPEACH ICE CREAM: REDUCE the amount of vanilla to 1 tablespoon; if desired, add 1 teaspoon of almond extract and 4 drops of yellow and 2 drops of red food coloring. Add 2 cups of mashed fresh or frozen peaches, defrosted, or 1 can (16 oz) of peaches, peeled and mashed. Proceed as indicated above.BANANA ICE CREAM: STIR in vanilla to 1 tablespoon; add 2 cups banana puree (4 medium). Proceed as indicated above....
