White Pizza with Tomato and Basil

Ingredients
1 (10 oz) Thin pizza crust with Italian cheese flavor (such as Boboli)
1 teaspoon cornmeal
Cooking Spray
3 tablespoons chilled basil pesto (such as buitoni)
½ cup (2 oz) grated fresh mozzarella cheese
½ cup low-fat ricotta cheese
½ cup sliced tomatoes (such as campari)
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
¼ cup small basil leaves
Ground red pepper (optional)
To make
Preheating a baking tray in the oven before putting the pie on it will give you a crisper crust for this white pizza with tomatoes and basil.
Preheat the grill to high heat.Place the baking sheet in the oven; preheat for 10 minutes.While the baking sheet is warming up, place the cake on another baking sheet, sprinkled with cornmeal. Lightly brush the cake with cooking spray. Spread the pesto evenly over the cake, leaving a 1-inch-thick rim; sprinkle the pesto evenly with mozzarella. Spread the ricotta evenly over the mozzarella in teaspoons. Place the cake on a preheated baking sheet, using a spatula as a guide. Cook 5 inches from the heat for 5 minutes or until the cheese starts to melt. Remove from the oven; sprinkle evenly with tomatoes, black pepper and basil. If desired, sprinkle with red pepper. Cut into 8 slices.
